The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 created HUD's Green
Retrofit Program for Multifamily Housing to make loans, make grants, and take other actions to facilitate the utility-saving
retrofits and other green retrofits in HUD-assisted multifamily housing. GreenLife was successful in receiving the first
two grant allocations in the State of Georgia.
